The device is uncomfortably hot on the skin and does not function long enough (even when fully charged and plugged in) to treat each area of the face for the period of time that is required to be efficacious.
Omnilux/Omnilight is the professional device that is used (in larger form) at dermatologists office and they now make a handheld device for personal use. I would recommend Omnilux/Omnilight for anyone seeking a light therapy device as light therapy is proven to be beneficial, but you need a reliable device to enjoy the benefits.
I have been successfully treated for acne with the Omnilux Omnilight in my dermatologist`s office -- at 800.00 for 10 treatments.
Pros: Did not like this device and am recommending Omnilux/Omnilight handheld as the superior alternative.
Cons: The device was unreliable and when I contacted the manufacturer they were unwilling to replace the device, provide a refund, or provide any suggestions for remedying the issues that I was having with the device. They suggested that I buy their new and improved device that will be coming out.

Well my Tanda arrived two days ago Ive started using it and feel already positive changes taking place my skin feels plumper and more alive Im 50 so hope to see my wrinkles change soon

Most pleased with the Tanda!
Pros: It does what it says it will. My 15 year old has been helped with mild acne, and I notice a difference with the red light for myself. Firmer, clearer,younger skin.

Very simple to use. I have treated my 12 year old daughter for acne as well as my 15 year old daughter. I use the skin rejuvenation treatment to stimulate collagen growth and see an improvement after a few weeks! Love this product.
